If the cargo you received was tampered with or wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please provide us an image of the tampered cargo so that we can take the necessary action.
For shipment in India, we employ reputable courier firms such as Bluedart, Delivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, and many others.

You can return your merchandise by following the steps outlined below:

2. If you don't already have a The Carve account, click Register and enter the email address you used to place your order. You will receive a confirmation email. There, you can click 'Visit our Store'.
3. Now, click to My profile (top right corner) and log in with your email and password.
4. Scroll down and click 'My Returns' under Company.
5. Enter your Order ID and Email ID, choose the products you wish to return, and confirm.
The items will be picked up from your location within 2-3 business days. Please package the merchandise with the invoice and tags intact.
Your store credits will be issued within 5 business days of the return being picked up. You can use these credits on your next purchase. Your store credit will be good for two years.

2. You can view the value of your store credits by choosing 'Show my Credits'.
3. Enter your email address to get a discount code for an amount equal to or less than your basket value.
4. Copy the provided discount code and use it at checkout!

If you wish to cancel an order placed on The Carve, please contact us at info@thecarve.in or text us the order details using the WhatsApp icon in the bottom-right corner of this screen. As long as your order has not been sent for processing, we can cancel it and return your money. Once an order has been submitted for processing, it cannot be canceled.
